Saskatoon Pie
4 cups Saskatoons
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Orange Juice
3 Tablespoons Flour
Pinch of Salt
Dash of Nutmeg
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 Tablespoon Orange Liquor (Optional)
Bring all ingredients except butter and Liquor to a boil.
Add butter and orange Liquor.
Place in your favorite family pie crust and bake at 350 degrees until brown and bubbly.
Serve with ice cream and enjoy!
